I cam across a forum today while looking around for help with my DLA benefits etc. The site is www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk and if you have a look around im sure there wil be something for everybody on this site.

The best bit was a section that helps you claim back the bank charges, they have letters that you cn download at your leisure , worth a look
