    Tesco Moves into the software market



    Tesco is to launch a range of budget own-brand PC software, in a move that will pitch the grocery giant against the likes of Microsoft and Symantec.

    Tesco said it would offer six packages, including office software, security systems and a photo editing tool.

    Britain's biggest retailer said each title would cost less than £20, challenging what it described as the current "high" price of PC software.

      We buy our food in Woolworths, so why not buy your software at Tescos :blink

      perhaps McD's would start selling slim fast products aswell

      I thought the idea was to throw up immediately after eating McD's at least that's what my stomach believes :D

      Hence they can be used as a slimming aid :oops:

      Surely the way McDonald's helps you slim is by putting you off eating in the first place?
