    No way! I didn't even notice you were an MCT mate! How where why when! Do you or your employer have to pay for you to be an MCT do you mind me asking?

    Don't mind mate, we're branching out into training, we got funding to provide Microsoft training to school employed IT Tech's in our area and we invested into becoming an IT academy offering MTA upwards to MCITP's. So right now work pays for the MCT program (see below), but once we decide not to renew or I leave then I will have to pay for it myself.

    Got it in April, see here.

    We're also a Certiport and (a private) Prometric testing centre.

    Well we're an IT Academy so we get 1 MCT for free and a discount for each additional MCT at our place. So because there's two of us, the cost of becoming a MCT is about the same price as a standard MS exam :)

    Oh wow so your place is like a one stop shop then isn't it. Would you consider letting the better students help out in your place for experience? Well done mate that is seriously a very slick setup you've helped build there. Congrats on becoming an MCT too, also a great achievement.
