    Hey all,

This may be slightly off topic for this area of the forums, but hey, this may be covered in the exams (dunno if it is), so maybit it isn't. :)

At one of the schools I support, I setup SUS on the Windows 2003 server there. The problem I am having with it is that it is insisting on downloading non English updates, even though I have specified that it should only download English ones. Thus, allot of extra space is being taken up than needs be ...

Just wondered if anyones played around with SUS and has come across this before.

Ahh, just found an answer after a bit of digging. Some of you may find it useful...

It's only downloadning non english patches for .NET and Sharepoint, which MS say is not a bug but intended. Since they claim people may want to install different language versions of .NET etc.. onto an English OS.

Hmm, even so, if I specifiy I only want English updates, then only give me bloody English updates!!! Gits! :)
