Can anyone recomend me some study material for server 2003 ?

Im preferably after "tasks" if that makes sense. While i have plenty of study material here - Sybex etc i'd like some more "hands on" tasks that will help cement my knowledge of server 2003

I've got 2003 installed via vmware so i have a machine to practise with

Any help would be greatly appreciated
