starting up in NETWORKS

    got a job in Networking as a HElp Desk Support wanto to improve and get certificated
    where should i start?

    Depends on what you know already.
    Network + is a good grounding, if you need to know the basics.

    The Comptia Network+ would definitely be a good starting point.
