Well! Sort of! My books for 270 and 620 arrived this afternoon and ive been casually reading the first chapter of 270, ill start on it properly on Monday!

I was very disappointed to find you get a120dayeval copy of xp but nothing for vista!

I'm not sure you can get evaluation copies of Vista yet, so if you are wanting to studying maybe see if you can pick up a copy.

Just to be sure have a look on technet or the windows evaluation pages. I got server 2003 a while ago and saw nothing about Vista on there.

 

You will need to download, install and configure microsoft virtual server 2005 then download this

ahhh!! gotcha! that shows how difficult reading and replying to a post coherently becomes when you have a screaming 4 month old on your lap!! Thats excellent! I've already got MSVPC5 so I'll snatch that VHD up as well!

 

actually it would appear to be VPC2007 I have....I assume that will also load the VHD?
