Anyone have experience in SOPHOS?

One of our customers is showing a few errors in the sophos enterprise console....most PCs are showing as active, some are active and up to date, but some are active but not been up to date for some while...

There is nothing they can do at the clients end - looks like there must be a group policy, but when I look in active directory, I can't see anything...

Unfortunately there isn't much documentation on this on our system.

I need to sort this out as a matter of urgency...but going to the SOPHOS website brings up loads of stuff and work is so busy....Maybe one of you clever bunch may be able to assist

Yay - think I found it - there are a couple of new PCs that were set up with windows firewall on, but no SOPHOS ports enabled... (Wow, I'm quick today!!)

DOH!! Just found a whole load of company info on the damn thing... sod's law - at least we know where to look next time round!!!
