First episode was last week (Tuesday I think), and involved a group of archeologists digging up a site of a supposed skirmish between Saracens and Knights Templar.

Overall, I thought it wasn't a bad first episode. I'll be watching the next one to see if it has improved.

I watched it, thought it was quite good. The BBC normally have a slightly over acted style to their shows, with an obvious aim at the family audience. I don't watch very mush on the BBC because their style feels too edited and sometimes completely unbelievable. I did like Hustle, that was very good, and Bonekickers has a similar feel to it. I will watch the next one too.

Saw the episode from tonight... two episodes about archeology... both ended up being about either politics or religion affecting present day. Nope... not for me. Thought it was going to be good, old-fashioned fun, but I think they lost the plot along the way... oh well... roll on Primeval.

LMAO... it ended up looking like a election broadcast for Barack Obama... as I say, roll on Primeval.

Mind you, BBC3 are repeating the whole of Dr Who Series 4; there's an episode at 7pm every night.

I was really looking forward to watch it, however saw the first episode and both my wife and I were disappointed. Don't think we'll be watching the rest of the series of Bonekickers.

The titles make it look really quick, racing along... a bit like India Jones-type stuff... then it seems to plod along.

I think the actors have been sold a pup, to be honest. If there's a second series, I'd be very surprised, unless they change the writers.

And, with the first two stories I think they're thinking religious and political sensationalism will get people flocking back to watch the next one. :dry

Me? I just want good old rollicking fun! :D

Well if it had anything to do with the Knights Templar it makes sense that religion and politics would be part of the storyline since the templars were involed in both. We don't have that on over here though.

It was just a bit too much... ultra-Christian 'fruitcake' modern Templar-type lops off moderate Muslim's head... just don't think it was necessary for the storyline. Apparently there were over 100 complaints...

This week's involved a black American senator running for President, getting a kicking over claims he had lied about his war record... then it turns out one of his ancestors helped Washington defeat Cornwallis at Yorktown... in fact, without him you'd still be a 'suburb' of London... :blink

    Way OTT...
