    I am wanting to put somewhere on my CV, an easy breakdown of my skills... is this advisable and if so then is it fine on the last page of my CV to name it

    Skill Summary
    and then with bullet points under each of the sections for example

    Web Development
    - HTML, CSS, PHP
    etc
     
    Certifications: compTIA A+, Apple Certified Technical Coordinator 10.10 (OS X Yosemite, Server and Support)

    Yes its fine, but no, dont put it at the end. put it right under your profile, on the first page. It gives employers an at a glance check if you have the skills they want.
     
    Certifications: ITIL Foundation; MCTS: Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2010, Administration
    WIP: None at present

    For the skills you do mention make sure that you justify them with experience anyone can just list skills. You need to show how you have used them.
