I've been looking for a decent site that isn't rammed full of ads that offers some Linux-based RSS feeds. I think I've found one: http://linux-portal.org

One of the most annoying things I've found about sites like these is that they either look uneasy on the eye or are full of ads, making them useless as a homepage. This one seems to have a collection of decent feeds and is all but ad-free.

I don't want to plug it too much but I think the author deserves some credit and it's enough to change it to my home page. Hope this has helped someone

Not bad, though it misses several important news sites such as http://lxer.com/. Thanks for posting it.
