Can anyone recommend one for supporting users at home? Trying to avoid Remote Assistance/Remote Desktop due to firewall's on both sides.

Google brings up a few, just wondering if anyone can recommend one?

You could try logmein, we use it on one of our servers instead of dialing-up to it. And one of my mates actually uses it on his PC. Plus the basic version is free - bonus :)

    I'll second logmein.

Saved us from having to bother with setting up a VPN when I need access to stuff from home. The Head and a few others also use it.

I'm using go to meeting (https://www.gotomeeting.com/)

AFIK its running via port 80 and there is no major problems with the firewalls or AV software.
you have a small piece of software on your PC that is generating a meeting ID that you can pass to anyone you want to help, the person is just typing that web assress into the web browser, gives the ID and that's all.
