Hi,

So, yesterday i wasn't hearing anything from recruiters and couldnt understand why someone with 5 years+ helpdesk exp was apparently not getting a look in for entry level support jobs, but today, after all the brilliant advice i received re: my CV, and with much renewed confidence, i decided to apply for a few more jobs along with reapplying for a few that i had applied for with the old CV.

I feel like i have to give a huge thank you to everybody who helped me yesterday as today i have already received 3 phone calls and 1 email from recruiters enquiring about my travel arrangements, salary expectations etc for jobs which they feel i am suitable for based on viewing my CV

Really really couldnt be happier atm, thanks to all your help i now have a CV which gets me noticed and i couldnt thank you all enough!

All i can say now is bring on the interviews! I'm going to be a busy man if the initial reaction from recruiters is anything to go by
