    Never used one, or had any feedback from someone who has.

    Most of the features will be covered by other utilities already in place on the motherboard/operating system.

    So what does it do? From the grammatical minefield that is the description, I've gathered it allows you to boot to a diagnostic utility kind of like BartPE. Am I close?
