    Answer time: The correct answer is 1, 2, and 6. While the other options *can* exist on the root directory, they do not *have* to exist there in order for the box to function. /bin contains the executable files accessed by users and /sbin contains the executables used by the system. /etc contains the configurations files. These are all necessary to the machine to boot at start up.
