    Q1 - Which one is not normally a common networking protocol?

    Q2 - I have forgot my admin pw and am using W2k pro - my computer is not on a network and has not got another account with admin rights, what should i do?

    a. Use recovery console
    b. reinstall windows

    Q3 - What is virtaul memory?

    Reset the admin password using any one of a number of utils that will do this.

    Most famous is ERD Commander, but that costs loads. There are others cheaper or free.
