Quick Ram questions

    1. I keep hearing about Ram that have the same specification, but one have better quality than the other one....Is it the latency people look at to differenate Ram that have the same specification?

    2. How do you found out the speed and all the qualities Ram have, if nothing is written on the Ram. I know by putting it on your computer you can see the size of it, but can you see all the qualities the Ram in your computer have through control panel or my computer:oops:
