Is this a bad idea? I've been offered a good deal, or I think I have? I assumed it would be ok to buy with no software as I'd be able to download it for free from Cisco but after lookig online it seems I have to pay for it.

Does anyone have any experience with doing this? If so how much am I likely to be paying?
