Hey i have read some documents so far related to proxies. However, something confused my mind.
do These useful tools or servers still continue to do their jobs even the time we apply for censored
    DNS servers (IP addresses) ?

What, two new threads in one day on the same subject?

Kobem, before you start trying to obscure your tracks, you need to learn how to make them.
From previous posts, you haven't grasped simple networking, so leave the advanced stuff until later...

Do not feel any suspicious behaviours mate. I just wanna interrogate the different ways.No purpose of
being wanted(traced) for a crime or such thing. Now, let's deal with what i am trying to learn.

Here it comes, I assign two IP addresses to my own PC for name conversion(DNS). I ask that if i
assign censored(prohibited or restricted) IP addresses of DNS servers

(consider since you have been restricted from some sites by telecom(ISP))

still am i able to reach these hindered sites using(exiting over) proxies?

Kobem. You've been at it for two years now. You need to give up and consider a career doing something else. If, in two years, you haven't figured out that you can only assign a single IP address to a PC (multiple network stacks notwithstanding) then IT is not for you.

    No offence, like
