Proofing Tools for Office 2003

    Guys am I right in thinking that proofing tools need to be purchased separately in language packs. Need to install Swedish Proofing tools onto an English Office install.

    That's correct. You can purchase language packs from MS that include bundles of languages, usually based around regions. Unfortunately you might find it a little hard to get them for Office 2003 now that MS is pushing office 2010 hard. You might try Amazon.
