Prometric Booking Problem!

I have tried booking my exam 3 times now and all three times once i have entered my details and stuff and it accepts everything and then comes up with an error saying sorry an error occured check your history to see if it work or not and all 3 times the exam ends up as cancelled! My card isnt being charged and i have tried FF and IE it was fine on friday when i booked for monday...

anyone every get the same problem?

Try phoning them, if you're trying to book for friday then it may be the easiest way.

 

i sent them an email.... ill try again tommorrow... just wish i had booked it on friday! If i got no success ill phone them...

 

I, for one like to do *everything* on the web but sometimes you have to revert to the good 'ol phone

 

its like people just dont wanna talk on the phone... yet they love good old skype...

 

ok i *booked it* it gave me the same error but this time it came up as pending (like normal) i emailed my test centre to confirm it but didnt get an email from prometric confirming i booked.. will see how it plays out tommorrow morning!

there are 3 testing centres in the whole island... 2 pro and 1 vue... looking at your prices in the Uk its worht me doing the exams here... i just paid GBP 35 for an MS Exam you pay 88+VAT!

 

Blimey, I think i might take the 270 in Cyprus and spend the the £50 on Becks after i pass

A Close friend of mine is on the verge of marriage. I am egging him on to have the stag do in Germany because of *pure* becks all weekend!!! I might need the Monday off Jon, wink, wink

 

Update: No confirmation yet from my testing centre - they will get back to me later.... or tommorrow as they dont work on Wednesday afternoons... My card still hasnt been charged and for my last 3 exams I have booked i been charged instantly (could i be getting a free exam from prometric??) and I have no confirmation email from them either which i again i get instantly. Yet I have the exam scheduled for Friday and it all looks normal on the prometric site.

 

Its not far... i done 3 MS Exams no problems just this one... ill know for sure tommorrow from the centre -if they got me booked (which as far as i can see i am) otherwise ill have to do it on monday morning....

the thing thats *worrying me* is i still havent been charged yet im booked!

 

chase it up, otherwise you might be going there and have a wasted trip...

Just got confirmation from the centre... im booked for my exam tommorrow morning... Looks like ill be getting it for FREE they didnt charge me at all! LMAO!
