I'm sure as you spend more time here you'll accumulate many points.

I must admit I forget to hand them out to people, when they've given good advice.But then again I think they should be given for top class, somebody get me out of this mess, type advice.That's my personal policy on it anyway.
For instance I gave Nelix 50 points because he spent his own time, a few hours, helping me save my laptop.Beyond the call of duty I think, so well deserved.

I have 11 points, somehow.Ten points for a technical post about Windows 98, but somebody somehow gave me 1 point.Hmmmm

I think you can only give points in increments of 10 points, so it must have been somebody on here with the power to add 1 point.

I think I know what it was for, for being a smart alec I think, lol

Never did find out for sure though.Hey, I can't help being smart, it's hard at time, but I get by :roll: LOL

Thats actually a great point raised, you Guys- maybe we should refresh Members' memories about the merits of awarding the Experts Points scheme.

A valuable tool we should use more.
