    Hello,

I've installed PHP and mysql on IIS6 and when I'm testing I'm receiving folowing warning:
I've set the timezone in php.ini file as below:

    - but I still have the same issue...

    Kind regards

In your screenshot, you have altered the timezone identifier - but it is still commented out. If you remove the ";" from the beginning of the line does it work?

So you've removed the ";" from the beginning?
Also, I don't think "Europe/London" should be wrapped in quotes.

Thank you it's solved now :D (working without semicolon and quote marks)

BTW: Do you know some free scripts to uploads files from the browser
