For those of you doing PHP development in Linux, what do you use to write your scripts?

I've installed Bluefish, since I've seen mention of it a few times on the web, but I was just wondering what everyone used?

Also (Freddie?) What do I need to set things up on Debian? I've used apt to install mysql-server, mysql-client, apache and php5. Is this enough to set things up, or am i going to need to do some configuration work?
