    Hey guys and girls,

Thought I'd let you know I passed ITIL V3 Foundation today. :D

It was a 3 day course with New Horizon that my work paid for and I passed with 80%.

It wasn't meant to be my first certification but it's a better start than nothing :P

After reading another post, I noticed someone say you shouldn't go back and change your answers.

I had 1 hour to complete the exam but finished it in under 30 minutes. I had over 35 minutes to go back through it and I changed some answers, some I'd marked for review and some others I noticed were incorrect.

I passed with 80% while my colleague who also changed some missed the pass mark by 1 question. I think it just depends on the person, your first answer and why you change it. The tutor said "don't change your first answer unless you are 100% certain that the new one is a better answer"
