Sat the exam a couple of days after sitting the 3 day course (yawn) provided by work, couldnt belive i failed by 1 point. (Seems to be a regular thing people failing by 1 point :blink which i have heard from others),

Resat after the weekend and passed with 32/40 80%.

The mistake i made the 1st time, read the question and work out which part of the ITIL process it is and remember to take off the IT hat when going in forget what work does as it is a 'model' and can be modified.
