I scored 841 yet I was convinced I'd failed it. It is a much harder exam than 70-687 configuring Windows 8.1. Now that Microsoft has pushed back the retirement of Windows 8.1 MCSA it's on with 79-688 which I believe is a tough one.

I was convinced I was going to fail my VCP6 exam today, I knew I hadn't done all the studying I can but went for it anyway, it's the same with every exam, there is only so much time and effort you can put in to it before you know that you have run out of time and have to do it (I actually re-scheduled this exam from last Friday to today because I needed those extra couple of days).

I've worked in IT since 1986 but got made redundant at end of 2014. Less than 24 hours after putting my exam result on Facebook my last employer asked me if I was available for a role so I am popping in for a chat first week in January.
