Aaaaaaah, it's over, what a nightmare, one of the harder exams I've sat, but I passed.

The tram taking me there had to stop, and not wanting to miss my exam hour, I ended up running all the way to the exam center (my 3 days a week weight lifting and gym is paying off) and I arrived just on time sweating like a pig

Man, usually I pass a Microsoft exam in max 1 hour, but this one had 65 questions and they really left me scratching my head. Took an extra 30mins over my usual time to complete...

I would hate to sit this one again. If I can give one bit of advice about this exam it's that you won't pass it if all you've done is install a Standard Edition front end. You need to go all the way with multiple Edges, Directors, Web access, Mediation etc.

Well, this one left me mentally exhausted, time for two pints of Guinness t a pub and then I'm going home for rest...

 

Oh, and I picked up Mike Meyers 4th edition Network+ study guide, let's see how quickly I can go throughthis

I'm 32, but I try to pass half a dozen exams a year max. Typically half of these "products", I spent the entire year using in production or lab before I attempt my exam. THe other half are typically simpler products which I only need to spend 2-4 weeks studyin for it to sink in.

I think I'll be able to pass the ITIL exam next monday after spending wednesday to friday in a class room listening up the theory. Same goes for Network+, after ten years of hands on network work as well, I doubt I'll need too many weeks to go through the Mike Meyers book and pass the exam.
