I've used exclusively "MCSA/MCSE Self-Paced Training Kit (Exam 70-291) Second edition" plus a lot of hands-on experience.
And before taking this exam, please, don’t forget that DNS is an extremely heavy tested topic (more than 50% of questions in my case)

I'd like to say a few words about virtual labs I've used.

1. For all experiments I've used VMWare 6 virtual machines (snapshots can save a lot of time!)
2. Also real WS that is exposed to the Internet with two VMs (RRAS) inside greatly helps you.
3. If your HW can handle up to 4 VMs simultaneously it will be enough for all experiments.
