yeah, was studying 70-271 for some time, company then mentioned DHTI+, so studied both side by side for a couple of months, can now slow down again and concentrate on the 272 while glancing at network+

    Hi Mike

What books you used to study for the exam? I already have MCDST from Microsoft Press. I had to put that down because it was too dry and it appeared to be a referene book. Then I look at a book by Bill Ferguson and Bill Causey I'm thinking about buying. The copyright year is 2006. It is an updated Deluxe Edition. It has both 7-271 and 7-270. but I have read in the exam essential section. It tells you what you should know for the exam. But it really doesn't give you alot of hands-on exercise pertaining to what you need to know for the exam.

Were these the books you used to prepare you for the exam?
