Just passed 604,depot technician.

Score 810/900
I got 8 wrong out of 90 questions,a couple were simple errors that shoud not have happened,i used the mark for review option this time, but messed up somewhere as i only got a few questions to read over at the end [just the incomplete ones where i had marked nothing at all in the box].

It's quite an easy exam,finished it in under an hour,most questions were 2 or 3 sentences,nothing indepth or complex.

Compared to microsoft material this just seems a bit too easy,in a way i'm glad i did the microsoft exam before as it teaches you how to read a question properly.

So to finish,i will go for the mcdst 272 this year,and i don't plan to do any other certificates once that is finished.

You may not need to study at all for this exam if you are already comfortable with the topics in the 601,i didn't study,the last time i did any A+ material was just under 1 year ago.

I didn't know you had already passed N+ ,and you've finished and passed 271 too?

 

It was a recent thing, he's sneaky like that and wants to beat me in obtaining certs, eh GBL?

It's good to see you have passed both the N+ and 271, i was a bit surprised you had already finished both.
Did you find the 271 difficult?
Or did the N+ experience help you with the tricky network questions in 271?

 

Studying the N+ did help a little bit but it was mainly my on the job experience that helped with 271 I had only read about half of the MS press book (actually I am reading the rest at the moment) I booked a second shot and thought what the hell might aswell give it a go.
