Oh yeah!!! 719 baby, I found myself about half an hour into the exam having completed all the questions and went through them all again and still had 30 minutes left to spare...

One question on IRQ's, none on DMA or I/O and about 4 CPU questions. I had more stuff about customer service than anything else!

    Congratulations, mate. Well done.

Just a note for the rest of you...these exams draw from a huge database of questions so you'll never get exactly the same test twice in a row. Just because Fanatical didn't get any DMA or I/O questions doesn't mean you won't.

sorry, I guess I should have said something like that! Only remarking becuase I spent ages revising IRQ's and DMA and the major I/O's. The first thing I did in the test was write down all the IRQ's which in the end helped me when got my one question on it! :biggrin

I'd really advise all those taking the tests to download the VPN test prep as it was really close to the actual test and unlike all the test that give you a % mark it is weighted like the actual exam! Much clearer to see how good you are and where your weakness' are, and only cost about £15.

Can I ask why you are rushing to complete before the 2003 objectives are retired? Why bust a gut? Take your time and go for the 2006 objectives instead.

Congratulations on passing the hardware mate:biggrin :alc :clap :morebeer

The OS exam are a little different in the pass marks with a Minimum of 505 points to Maximum of 900 points to pass.

Well done for choosing the VPN software, I find it's an excellent test prep software and gives you a good experience of what the exams feel like and how the question are written.

Well Done and Good luck with the next one:biggrin
