My friend tells me that everytime he presses the P key on his keyboard whilst typing on his browser it takes him straight to his home page.

Is it just a setting on his XP o/s as i am unaware of it.:blink

Tried search engine but not much luck.

    Cheers.

Not come across that one before. Is it a laptop? If so it may have a function assigned to that key or if it's a programable keyboard it may have that function assigned to that key other than just the letter p.

    Strange one.................I'll keep looking.

What browser is he using? It's a long shot, but there's an extension for Firefox that allows you to map keys to just about any function. Could be that I suppose.

Yeh sorry, was a bit short on info there.

Its a PC and its IE6 that he is using. Apparently he's not made any changes to it of late.

    Weemez,

Have you personally visually confirmed this problem?
