When we are sending a first mail to a person we need to type his name and we can hit ctrl-k, for the second time it would come from the cache, i mean it would get displayed when we start typing the address. Is that cache a file being stored somewhere in the local drive, is it possible to map that to another profile when newly created?

    need your help on this.

one more issue, if i open a particular .pst the outlook starts scanning everytime stating that it was not closed properly, i saw that the .pst was 4.8gb, asked user to delete unwanted mails, after that it came to 1.3gb. But, the .pst filesize inside the folder (d: drive) is same 4.8gb..shocked to see that, any solution?

Deleting the mails will only delete it from that folder, he will also need to delete it from the Deleted Items folder.

Export into folders another two PST's meaning you have three overall, with none being over 1.5GB in size.
