Difficult to guess on just that info.

It could be the way that people are attaching them. Or they (or you) could be behind a server that doesn't allow attachments for safety.

Does the attachment show as a paper-clip in the listing? And when you open the email does the name (and icon) of the attachment appear just above the message pane?

Are these particular types of files?

    Harry.

Ooo Ooo, I think I know this one, When I supported outlook that message normally ment the outlook OLK directory had too many temp files in it. if ou delete everything in your user profiles olk directory you should be fine.

Do you know what is being sent here? It isn't clear on this monitor I am viewing on, but the icon doesn't look as if it is something recognised by Windows.

Do you know if the other recipients can view the attachment ok? You don't describe what Outlook is connecting to which makes a difference.

Do you know what application the attachment was created in? Is it Word, PowerPoint, or some other app that the other users have but that the user with the problem doesn't have installed on his machine?

It can normally be found in %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
you may need to show hidden folders if you have not already.

You might also want to ran ad-ware or spybot to check and clear any spyware that might be on your computer as it seems this only happens on your computer.
