Hey gang!

I've been looking to request my CompTIA cert pack since the big day on Friday, however when I log in to the Career ID section of the CompTIA site, all it says on my cert history is that I have enrolled for the 602/603 and 604. It doesn't show my 601 pass either.

Yet when I go to the Prometric website and check my cert history there it says I passed both the 601 and 602. That said I checked Prometric earlier this morning and it said the 602 was pending. It's 10:30am at time of writing this and it says now that I have passed 602 on the Prometric site.

How long does it normally take for CompTIA's site to update your cert history?

It normally take a couple of working days to be updated.
and i don't think you need to request the pack i believe it come automatically when you pass.

Hopefully they'll just mail it out then, weird though how it shows I enrolled for 602/3/4 but shows nothing for my 601 pass though...
