Well, as you may of read in my very first thread here (it's been a while now lol), i got made redundant from a job i hated and in an industry that has almost nothing to do with IT..

Currently studying for A+ with a view of possibly taking MCP/MCSA/MCSE later on, while looking for IT jobs, this thing cropped up..

Sounds IDEAL..

Sent a letter of application and CV (via email) this morning..

The problem with ideal sounding jobs is that the ad will appeal to many people. Someone will get the job though, and that someone could well be you, lets hope so!

 

Yeah that's true, at the end of the day i'm a realist and i know i have a small chance, but a chance is a chance, and not one to be missed.

The thing most suprising to me is that I didn't think this sort of job existed... ie. wants someone who's moving into IT, supporting Certification study, use of Customer service skills (my previous roles).
It's a pretty big pay-cut from what i used to earn, but i'm ok with that, i knew that would happen.
