    Hello,

I have installed NOD32 on my pc (XP Home) and on the deep scan it is saying on all the files that it is scanning error opening files locked[4]
    Does anybody what that means?

    Regards

    Chris

This link seems to suggest that this is normal.

I'd be surprised if it was *all* files on your machine - I'd expect only a few.

yes it is the must be zip files... the viruses are in red and dark red... i hope you configured all the options and just didnt do a deep scan! :biggrin

the best is to run it in safe mode (F8 during startup)

You might help by giving some details about the files that are so marked. Otherwise we are shooting in the dark somewhat.
