Next Gen Certifications win7, server2008 etc

    Hi Guys

    Just a quick one im just about to finish my server 2003 and was wondering when the next gen of certs will be coming out ?

    lol I cant find anything on them when you go to MS they only only mention the 2003 stuff

    You sure? See here.

    Go to Certification, then either "By technology/product" or "By Name" (under MCTS and/or MCITP).

    I got my Vista MCTS/MCITP in 2007 and my Windows 2008 MCTS/MCITP in over a year ago in 2008. The Windows 7 MCTS exam have just come out, while the MCITP exams are just going thru the beta process.

    are the MCIP replacing the MCP ?

    The MCP/MCDST/MCSA/MCSE track is for Windows 2003/XP based Operating systems, while the MCTS/MCITP are job role based certs and based on Vista/Windows 2008/Windows 7 technology.
