newbie to ITIL

    hi, i have huge interest in ITIL V3....have written just one professional exam but didn't make it &i intend going 4ITIL. can anyone advice me on steps to take so i can go for the exam &pass successfully. thanks

    buy one of the many available books. Work through it. ie. I used this one here.

    stick to buying the official books so that you know 100% that it follows the ITIL syllabus. I bought THIS & THIS and make sure you drink lots of coffee to keep you awake :biggrin
