Hello All I'm Brian, I am a second semester sophmore at Tulane University in New Orleans. I am a Software Engineering major there but am very interested in getting some Microsoft networking certifications. I currently have the CompTIA: Network+ and Security+ certifications. Anyway I'm here to find out what people think of these types of certifications.

Welcome to the forum bbowler86. I believe you are our first member from New Orleans, hopefully the wonderful place is picking itself up a bit now since the flooding tragedy.

You will find that we like certs here for some odd reason

 

I agree with bluerinse we do like certs, but also I want to wish you a warm welcome to the forums as you will get to know everyone here soon and realise that this is a great community happening here and that if you have any questions there is always someone coming along and helping you out.
