I'm Jason. I live in Crook in Co.Durham and currently work as a production operator at Calsonic Kansai in Nissan Washington.
I am studying for my A+ at the moment with advent and i'm hoping to take my essientials exam in a month or so. I am using the Mike Meyers all in one book as a study guide at the moment and find it a excellent book. Any other study material suggestions would be helpful?:)

    Welcome to CF :)

In my opinion you've got the best study tool for the A+, being Meyers book. I used Transcender practice questions which were very good as well so i'd recommend them when your feeling ready for the exam. If your looking for another book to study from, our very own Tripwire45 has wrote PC Technician Street Smarts by James Pyles, which comes highly recommended on these boards. I can't vouch for it myself as I didnt use it, but a number of people have so its worth a look!

Good luck with your A+ :)

    Hello & Welcome to CF:sunny

The MM book is excellent but you could also have a look under the A+ section on this forum there's lot's of useful advice there! Also might be an idea to try transcender or examcram books.

    Whatever you decide, goodluck!
