    Hi Folks..

    My name is Declan Barry from Northern Ireland. I'm an ICT Technician in a local Grammar School and a Deputy Station Officer with our local Coastguard Rescue Team.

    I've been working with computer approx 20 years and my highest level of education is a HNC in Business IT (Computing). I am (was) also a part time lecturer teaching New Clait 2006 in my local College of Further Education.

    I have been reading down through a number of post and have made a few interesting observations in relation to degrees versus certification which I will post at a later stage.
