I just recently moved to a new job, I am now HR Manager. The first thing I wanted to do was to update all employee profiles, because I noticed that it is not organized. Is there a tool or software that we could purchase that manage the identification, responsibilities, authorities, training and certification requirements for each employee in an easy to use environment? I’ve heard about an employee training tracking software, has anyone here experienced using this kind of software?

Hi Rosanne. We use something called iTrent managed through Midland HR. It is involved, complicated, expensive, but does everything a HR dept would want including payroll.

Thank you AJ. I've searched online and found ETQ's Employee Training Tracking. I'll just compare Midland and ETQ's and see how they differ to each other. Anyway, thank you!
