After studying hard (had to get brain into 'learning' mode again) pleased to say that I've passed N+ today at 3:45.

About the exam. Lot more Novell questions then expected (at least 7). No questions on Windows 2000/2003 which was unexpected. Training centre was abysmal (north london). Took 45 mins and took a guess at 3 questions. All in all not too shabby. 774 out of 900. Was expecting more, but pass is a pass so onto 282.

    Thanks

I used this book for the 70-282....

I take it you are supporting a SBS environment or plan to in the near future? 8)

Potentially, the Network+ exam can ask about a pretty wide variety of operating systems including Windows, Linux, UNIX, Novell Netware, and Apple. While any given incarnation of the exam may not cover all of them, you never know what you'll actually be facing until you are in the testing room.

Congrats mate you pulled through! I would've expected Win2003 also, but seems like we gotta expect the unexpected with CompTIA these days....
