I'm trying to use telnet and I get the response from cmd as:

"Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed".

Was trying to connect to avatar.outland.org as per the professer messer training videos. I have added TCP/UDP port 23 into the router as an allow always service; I have enabled telnet client and server in windows features. (Using win7 premium).

I'd imagine it to be something simple but I'm not massively experienced in networking (o really?).

    Thanks
