I sure have. I don't want to hijack this thread, but I would say that Boyce sums up what you guys should be looking at if you are serious about getting into IT.

He knows his stuff - he has spent a hell of a lot of time studying.

He is willing to take on new tasks.

He is always willing to learn.

Basically, he's like a dog with two c0cks when it comes to IT.
I think that's what it all boils down to.
Sometimes it is not enough to just pass the exams and expect the world to fall at your feet.
You really have to work hard at it!

Anyway, Boyce, where's that coffee...
