I updated my resume to include some classes I took in Microsoft Office.
Please let me know if the format is ok.

    Thanks

Although I like that it’s concise, I feel it may be missing something. :p

Sorry to say prof but it looks like a really big boring list to me, it needs smartened up a bit.

Keep the Object/personal statement at the top, then underneath in bullets put your IT skills and qualifications/education then you employement history.

I'm not going to begin to analyze the actual text content... there are plenty of formatting and grammatical issues that need to be cleaned up.

Run-on sentence: "Recently Comptia A+ certified and currently enrolled in a Network+ course I am determined to bring value for money to my next employer."
    Misspells: Powerpointi
Stray characters: Stored articles `in bins
HUGE gap of blank lines between Corporate Staffing and Ablest Staffing.
Lack of consistency with tab stops - they're all over the place... nothing lines up. Same thing with your bullet point starting locations. If you're using spaces instead of tabs... don't - it looks sloppy. That's what tabs are for.
Lack of consistency with formatting - sometimes you include a space after the hyphen between dates, sometimes you don't. Also, sometimes you include a space between the comma and state, sometimes you don't (you should).
    Florida is FL, not Fl.
    Comptia should be CompTIA
Year is listed twice for Corporate Staffing: 06/2005 – 08/2005 2005

These little inconsistencies and errors scream out to an employer: "Applicant doesn't pay attention to little details." Dude, that's absolutely crucial to being a tech.

    Prof,

Have a read of this website, it should give you the basics of how to write a CV (resume)...

Read BM's comments, make some amendments and then re-upload, and we'll help you out some more...

    Hope this helps.

    In the meantime:

    - have an overview of your skillset at the top, to make it easier to see at-a-glance what you can do
    - there's a 10-year gap on your CV, if you can't fill it then start at 2001.
    - move references to the bottom, or remove them altogether - agents can be too trigger-happy about getting references before you've even had an interview!
    - move education to the bottom too, work history is more important.
