i need to understand the basics of MS Office, in particular Excel, Word and Outloook.

Does anybody know if there are any free Good tutorials available on the internet?

i would have a look on youtube, there are loads of vids there. just search for the year of office you need i.e 2003 / 07/ 10 and the program you want help in and i'm sure something will come up. i'd have a look at creating new mailbox folders and setting up accounts with pop3 and smtp servers (you can get this information from the company that supply the email address that will be used like yahoo ect. Also worth a look is mail merging in word and simple formulas in excel the more basic stuff you can kinda figure out for yourself if you have the software.
