Have to replace Nikkai A36GN mouse swaped like for like. Old did work on each channel KVM
Now the new one doesn't work ! On any channel but does work if plug straight into computer.

I have uninstalled drivers from Device manager rebooted then as I plug mouse back in it load drivers again.

This mouse is same make & model as old one.
also have tried an other mouse just to make sure KVM is work OK. And is working

Can't get a mouse to work a bit

    what you think CF

    edit:

Have changed KVM channels cable still not working with new mouse
Have tried old mouse and is working on all channels

can't see why new mouse doesn't like KVM as above it the same make & model

this could be long shot but it could be that the mouse port is damaged.

I know I used to get probs with kvm's and radio kb/mouse combo's - would work fine and then just stop.
